Refund policy

Make sure you send an email to stonedjewelrypr@gmail.com explaining the reason for your refund request.
Once we approve and send you a confirmation email, send your item(s) back to us within 15 days after receiving your order. The customer is responsable for the shipping costs and the returned item(s).
Items must be unused.
Stoned Jewelry PR gives NO MONEY REFUND in any case.
Once we confirm the item(s) has been returned correctly and we approve the request, we will send you an email with STORE CREDIT, with the total amount of your original purchase.
Items on SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. All SALE purchases are final.
